Mouthwatering chocolate fudge usually has to be bought from a store, but with this easy recipe it is made in the microwave in only 2 minutes. It is a perfectly sweet treat for the holidays that goes well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cup of hot chocolate, and can be made in any dorm room.
Ingredients:
One pound powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup milk
¼ pound butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Pour sugar and cocoa into an 8×8 inch glass baking dish or one of similar size. With a spoon, make a hole in the center, and add the milk and melted butter. Put into microwave for 2 minutes on high. Take the mixture out, stir until thoroughly blended, and add the vanilla and nuts. Mix it all up again and freeze for 20 minutes, or refrigerate for an hour. Voila!
