“It’s So Easy A Mines Student Could Make It”

3 Large Ripe Avocados –Ripe when soft
1 Large Tomato – Diced
3 Minced Jalapeños [Optional; More or less depending on preference]
1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

1.     Cut avocados in half lengthwise, cutting around the pit.  Using the spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh into a medium sized bowl.
2.     Mash avocado to desired consistency with a fork.
3.     Mix in salt and lime juice—add more lime juice and salt to desired taste.
4.     Add tomatoes and jalapeños
