Parmesean Crusted Tilapia

Cooking Corner: Don’tcha wish for a dish of fish?

Whether of not you were a fan of fish previously, you will be after this. This easy, yet delicious, recipe will hit your mouth and drop your jaw. So, pull out a baking pan and sharpen those knives and because this yummy cichlid is to die for.

4 Tilapia loins
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
2 Tablespoons paprika
Melted butter/olive oil

First, preheat the oven to 400 °F, and in a medium sized bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together. After completing this step, brush the melted butter or olive oil on each side of the tilapia loins. Once completely coated in the butter or oil, roll each loin into the mixture and bake at 400 °F for 30-35 minutes, or until fish is translucent in color and tender enough to cut with a fork. Enjoy.
