Cooking Corner: Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Stuffed Chicken breasts are easy to make and a great way to impress a date or have a true home cooked meal.
The required materials are four boneless, skinless chicken breasts, four strips of bacon, one half cup of lemon juice, one cup cream cheese, three green onions, tarragon, four bamboo skewers, and a pinch of salt.
First, marinate the chicken breasts in the lemon juice for four hours. Then, use a mallet to flatten the chicken breasts until they are about one and a half centimeters thick. Chop up the green onions and mix them in a bowl with the cream cheese, tarragon, and salt. Take one quarter of this cream cheese mixture and place it in the center of one of the pieces of chicken. Then, wrap the chicken around the mixture. Wrap the entire thing with a piece of bacon and secure with a bamboo skewer. Finally, bake the chicken breasts in a medium ceramic pan for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
To complete the meal, add green beans and stove top stuffing. While this recipe may seem like an odd combination of ingredients and flavors, it is unexpectedly delicious and the preparation is simple.
