½ cup apple juice
2 handfuls of kale leaves
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 cup of canned pineapple
1 red beet
1 cup frozen raspberries
1. Peel and grate the beet. Remove kale leaves from stem.
2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
