Hi, This is Jessica A. Ritter. To do the Rockspace Extender setup, you need to follow these steps: Step 1: Connect the router to your computer using an Ethernet cable. Step 2: Download the latest Rockspace WiFi Extender software and RockSpace Cloud version. Step 3: Run the downloaded file and click on ‘Yes’ when a dialog box asks you whether you want to install drivers or not. Step 4: If asked for a password, type in ‘admin’ (without quotes) and click on ‘OK’. Step 5: Open your browser and visit https://app.rockspacecloud.com/. You will get a registration page to either register an account or sign in if you have already registered. If it is the first time you are doing this, please create an account by clicking on the ‘Register’ button at the top right corner of the page.
