Attending Mines means not always having enough time to cook a meal. Fortunately, Golden and the surrounding area is full of restaurants, many of which are very popular among students. Whether it be to study, pick up a tasty snack, or eat dinner, every student has a favorite place to dine out. For some suggestions as to where to go, this week, Minds at Mines asks, “What is your favorite place to eat in the Golden area?”
| Michael Bautsch “I don’t eat out very often, but I like a Mexican restaurant on South Golden Road. They have small, authentic tacos, it’s cheap, and they taste good.” |

Lauren Aberle “Mannie and Bo’s, because it is delicious and inexpensive, especially when you have a student ID. My favorite thing to get there is a calzone with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and cream cheese.” |
| Leah Langston “I really like going to Cafe 13 downtown, because they have an egg bagel called the ‘Italian Scallion.’ It’s a great place to take your homework for a study date – they have a good atmosphere.” |

Gilchrist Day “Woody’s. They have an all you can eat pizza buffet. Every kind of pizza there is good, but I would say my favorite is the classic pepperoni – can’t go wrong with that.” |
