Sept 11:
Men’s Soccer – Ft. Lewis 2, #13 CSM 1 – Goalkeeper Manville Strand recorded nine saves and Chike Sullivan scored his first goal of the season in the non-conference loss to rival Fort Lewis College.

Sept 15:
Volleyball – CSU-Pueblo 3, CSM 2 – Melanie Wannamaker led Mines with 15 kills, Amanda Massey registered seven blocks and Hannah Margheim recorded a team-high 15 digs as the Orediggers fell after climbing out of an early 0-2 hole.

Sept 16:
Men’s Soccer – #13 CSM 3, Colorado Mesa 2 – Tesho Akindele converted a pass from Philip Wilson in the 88th minute for the game-winning goal.
Volleyball – Adams St. 3, CSM 2 – Anna Padget-Shields led the Orediggers in kills with 12 as Mines fought back from a 2-0 deficit only to fall in the final set for the second straight match. Holly Hutchison, Jackie Stabell and Sam Johnson each added 11 kills apiece.
Women’s Soccer – CSM 2, Regis 1 – Anna Evans scored her fifth goal of the season in the sixth minute and Joanna Graves scored her first goal of the year as the Orediggers won their fifth straight game.

Sept 17:
Volleyball – CSM 3, Western St. 0 – Jackie Stabell led all scorers with 13 kills, Hannah Margheim led all players with 21 digs, Holly Hutchison had 10 Kills and Stabell, Hutchison and Sarah Pekarek each added seven digs each as Mines cruised to the three-set victory.
Football – UNMH 40, #20 CSM 34 – Clay Garcia threw for 338 yards on 2 passes, Jerrod Doucet caught nine passes for 99 yards and Dan Palmer rushed for 84 yards on 23 carries. Kelly Zimmerman and Henry Kaetzer each tallied nine tackles as Mines relinquished a late fourth quarter lead in the loss.
