It appears that Obamacare will be declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court by June of 2012. This past week, the Supreme Court of the United States decided to hear the case against Obamacare, officially known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

First of all, it seems the entire goal of parking services is to pit students against each other. They avoid condemnation by sending one of our own to do their dirty bidding. This fall’s registration period was a headache for many students at the Colorado School of Mines, due to the abysmal lack of 400-level LAIS courses that Juniors and Seniors actually want to take.
Recently, the campus police have been ticketing long boarders and cyclists who refuse to dismount on the new plaza in front of the Student Recreation Center. But reports have shown that riders are not deterred by receiving a ticket.
With last week’s loss to Metro St. in the RMAC quarterfinal playoffs, there was the potential that the Lady Orediggers would be done playing volleyball for 2011. Thankfully, on Sunday Nov. 13, the NCAA announced that the Orediggers would be able to play in the national tournament. CSM earned the 8th seed and were scheduled to face off against #1 ranked Nebraska Kearney at Kearney.
